"This hotel has an amazing location! Walking to a lot of stuff yet in a quiet spot. The park close by is a beautiful oasis! We stayed in a suite which was very large for three people. Plenty of room for luggage, although no luggage rack. The only reason I didn’t give it five stars is because the air conditioning doesn’t stay on. We asked a couple of times and they said they could turn it on but it never stayed on. Luckily it wasn’t super hot out so it was fine which I’m sure is probably the case most of the time in Ireland! Also they didn’t change out the glasses or give us toilet paper every day, which seemed odd. The electric blind was also broken. Breakfast was nice in the restaurant, decent price for the amount of options. Overall I would recommend and would stay again."

"The property was in a great location. The staff were very helpful. The only tony thing that I would note is that the back view of the rooms were terrible - we saw homeless people digging through dumpsters from our hotel room, and the police dealing with them. BUT… this sort of scene is prevalent throughout San Francisco and New York. What the hotel could do is work with local authorities to clean up the alley behind them."

"Great location near the RDS and Ballsbridge village. The hotel is beautiful and the grounds are really impressive. The rooms are fine, no A/C, bathrooms not luxurious by any means, but all comfortable and useable. You’re paying for the location, not the amenities, and the location can’t be beat if you need to be in that part of the city. I’ll definitely stay there again!"
