We loved the atmosphere abd the amenities. We used the sauna by the river which helped us relax after the long drive. The bed in the alpine king was very comfortable.

The new “covered wagons” are awesome. The older rooms are pretty rough. Clean and comfortable but need a bit of upkeep. Hot tub is covered so you must take off the cover and put it back on yourself. Sauna was wide open and near the river. There was no evening campfire. I would recommend calling ahead of time with questions regarding expectations. Pleasant staff.

Loved our stay! Very nice room. Nice hot tub and really cool outdoor sauna by the river. Beds were comfy and AC worked great. Staff was very welcoming and helpful.

The staff were amazing: super friendly and helpful! I didn't use the hot tub or sauna, but their location was beautiful and they looked clean. They lost a star because the A/C couldn't keep up with the heat. It was terribly warm for sleeping. I also struggle to call it a hotel; it was more like a motel. That said, I would absolutely stay again.

The room was very clean and well maintained. Everything was spotless when we arrived, and the bed was comfortable. The staff were friendly, professional, and welcoming throughout our stay. Check-in was quick and easy, and they were always willing to help with any questions. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful location! Room was comfortable and beautifully decorated! The river, hot tub, sauna and fire pit are great! My child had a medical emergency on site (epilepsy) and staff was very helpful in getting emergency services out there! Wish we could have stayed longer! We definitely want to return one day!!

Wish the staff was more present, especially when electricity went out for almost 3 hours. The phone number on empty check in desk went to phone on counter - nobody answered. Or even to ask for another roll of toilet paper (only 1/2 of roll in cabin). Thank goodness we brought our own. And why only 1 trashcan, no spare toilet paper, only 4 tissues in box and only 2 towels? Otherwise, the outside amenities by the river were nice.

The staff were very helpful and quick to clean the property/empty rooms. They readily asked us whether we wanted fresh towels. The room (#16) was beautiful and had a good mini fridge and shower. My partner and I only have complaints about the beds and walls. The beds are very soft, so not great for firm sleepers. Also, they appear older based on the significant slumps in the middle of each bed. Also, the walls are thinner so bring earplugs to avoid dealing with noisy neighbors.

So this place was a random spot for me I needed a place to stay and this place was cheaper than the Super 8 which is insane. So the land has history Butch Cassidy the infamous bank robber had a homestead there at one point. They have the cutest cabins and decor they even have wagons that have been turned into rooms 10/10. Not to mention Juan who is apart of the staff saved my butt I dropped my wallet and he returned it to me. Juan needs a raise or some extra love for sure

The staff was so friendly and even offered some advise on a location nearby that we could use for astrophotography given the incredibly dark skies. The grounds were well kept and nice, the room very cute, comfy and clean and our dogs were welcomed with open arms.

We had the loveliest last minute stay here! Had some great conversations some folks around the camp fire that the gentleman working the front desk had built. He also brought us extra towels at the hot tub. Everyone was sweet and friendly, and the views were just gorgeous.
