We would specifically mention the hospitality of the staffs and the food at upper deck restaurant. The chefs were amazing and they checked every time our need and taste buds. "We were here for a family trip for 5 days- with our 4yr old and parents and we had an absolute blast. The resort is one of the most family friendly places I’ve been to, and every member of the family thoroughly enjoyed. Kids Club - our 4yo spent most of her time here, she loved making crafts and playing in the playroom. Sheela, Prajakta and Sumita were incredible in keeping the kids engaged and we could easily leave our child in their care. Spa- one of the best spa experiences. Geethu, my therapist was knowledgeable, professional and extremely good Pool- there was an adult-only pool, a toddler pool and a family pool. Given our large group, we used all of them and had an absolute blast. The pools are very well designed, with lots of nooks for groups with all swimming proficiencies to hang out in Food- fantastic food, and an incredible buffet spread. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet each day with options for North Indian, South Indian, western, and local Goan items. I was also very impressed by the multitude of healthy, gluten-free, and vegan options Staff- the staff all over the resort was extremely courteous and helpful. Not once in the 5 days that we spent in the resort that we see somebody not smiling. Overall- I couldn’t have asked for a better experience!"
