"We had a great stay! This was our first time in Europe and the B&B was the perfect location. Very close to all the shops and restaurants and a short walk to the ferry terminal. The view was incredible and the property was gorgeous. The host was very responsive and thorough with the check-in info. Although we had early mornings where we weren’t at the property, breakfast was provided! Salerno was a great city to stay in and away from the crowds in the other towns. Would stay again!"

"If you want a place close to the train station you can’t do better than this! We were across the street from the train station which we used to get to Pompeii. It’s on the eighth floor but there is an elevator. Breakfast was included."

Acceptable room, terrible check-in

"The location is convenient for the train station, and the price is good, but you already knew that. We stayed one night. Check-in was initially difficult. The process involves remote opening of door and gate via an intercom. It didn't work. We needed to call the phone number provided. Once we gained access to the room, we quickly noticed that it was filthy. The bin was full. It hadn't been cleaned. The person on the end of the phone said there was a problem with the cleaning company. I twice asked how long it would take and received no answer. The cleaner arrived 2 hours later. We sat in the (uncomfortably hot) communal kitchen area. The room itself is OK, though in need of refurbishment. The cleaner did a good job. The AC is not very effective, so it was too hot in the night. This review gained a star because we were allowed to check out a little late. "
