Very helpful and flexible staff on reception, quiet location, very friendly restaurant team, chilled bar area, room excellent, two balconies. Maybe fix the locks on the sliding doors.

The Giraffe Lodge Arusha is excellent value for money and the staff are incredibly friendly. We spent the night here before an early morning flight to Zanzibar (only 10 minutes to the airport which is one of its big plus points). We had dinner and watched Tanzania play a football match with a bar full of locals which was a great experience. The food is really good (dinner and breakfast), the room was clean and the staff could not do enough for us It is a real local’s area which we love away...

We stayed here before and after a safari whilst we relaxed and spent some time exploring the Meru /Arusha area. We also met up with some friends. The room was very comfortable, and cleaned spotlessly every day. The breakfast was varied and tasty and it was a delight to sit out enjoying eating it in the peaceful and beautiful gardens. The staff couldnt have been more helpful and were always smilling. We stayed there for 2 weeks except for 4 days climbing Mount Meru. I'd recomend that too, but that wasnt quite as relaxing as my stay here. Thanks to everybody for a super memorable stay. I will be back for sure. Em.
