"Ideally situated for travel to local villages and Glasgow. Definitely a celebration venue, 70th birthday, funeral wake, 90th birthday and wedding over the weekend that we stayed. Only noise was from children running around after midnight, otherwise we weren’t disturbed. Bed was very very soft, felt like sleeping in a water bed. Apart from that, would recommend."

"Absolutely fantastic stay. West Plean is a beautiful property in a lovely rural location but only 10 minutes from Stirling City Centre. Our room was lovely, the bed was super comfortable, and we had everything we needed in the room, which was replenished each day. "Clean and modern hotel. Very stylish in it's look. Ideal parking. Check in to check out was great, room excellent and a ideal stay less one thing. Ordered room service rather than eat in the Grill, felt the food wasn't up to the quality expected. £35 for a ribeye that was undercooked and £19 for a burger that had been cremated. That said, breakfast was excellent so perhaps just an off night. Would stay again as apart from a let down for dinner it was overall very good."
