"Weak coffee "

"Great location in canal park with super spacious suites. But air conditioner didn’t seem to work and you can’t open the windows so it was pretty stuffy."

"We really loved the firepits and s'mores that were made available (and free!). Silo restaurant was good food and reasonably priced. Our room was modern, clean and comfortable. We will definitely stay there again!"

"Stayed here friday April 24th, 2026. This place has some excellent employees, Kourtney front desk had a lot of patients, she knew how to de escalate a bad situation. Cleaning staff Eric & Mary went above & beyond with room service, they're lucky to have such good employees. With that said the manager that came on at 3:00 that day totally the opposite, very rude and instantly escalating a bad situation. The reason we booked this hotel was the picture of the slide they have. Looked so fun for the grand kids, i dont book rooms very often but this was a special weekend with my grand kids. Duluth has a lot of hotels, i could of booked anywhere but the picture of the slide looks so awesome for the grandkids. When we got there the slide was out of order( found out its been that way for months) also the hot tub was out of order, very misleading felt somewhat scammed, and very bummed. The following day the pool was closed also. Was told maybe at three it would open( after a reading inspection of the water) Ended up going to a sister Hotel where they let us use the pool. That was so awesome of the employees from both hotels to make a bummer of a day ( stay) awsome . So ya if your staying here because of the awesome looking slide plz call ahead of time, it might be out of order, like the hot & pool ."

"The breakfast was not very good. Eggs were very watery, no creamer for coffee, it was out and they didn’t refill, orange juice was almost pure water. Hotel in general was great, I just feel they need to up their breakfast game! "

"Very clean rooms. Breakfast was the usual waffles Etc. Staff was friendly."
