"We booked three rooms. Upon arrival, one room was fine; the air conditioning in one room didn’t work, and the door to the third room was unlocked and open with the room smelling like marijuana. The manager was unable to move into other rooms or another best western property, so we booked rooms at the embassy suites across the parking lot and checked out. Lots of hassle and stress on college graduation weekend!"

While the hotel advertised itself as being downtown, I found it to be a bit farther than expected, requiring me to take an Uber to reach downtown or other locations. I would suggest considering other accommodation options for a more convenient experience."

"Terrible toilet did not flush took three days for a plunger. I needed my fire arm because random people kept knocking on my door and bed bugs!!!?"

"There was an issue with the room (a shower leak) which I saw right away and went back to Kim who instantly moved me to another room, no problems. The wifi was easy to get on and fast. Fresh hot coffee right away at 6 when I needed it "
