They did have someone come up to look at it but then we never heard back what they did….still couldn’t get it hot enough per what we’re used to. Toilet seat was loose. Front desk people weren’t overly friendly."

"From the initial check in to check out our stay was amazing. Our room was immaculate as were the hallways. Every staff member we encountered was pleasant, helpful and polite. This will now be our hotel we stay at for every St. Louis trip. Truly a delightful stay."
