"Very central to old town Düsseldorf and the Rhine river. Apt nice for one person or couple. Instructions to check in could be clearer, I was blessed to find a sign inside by driveway saying Reception, but would be easy to miss because the street address is a locked door. "

"Very nice apartment in front of Berliner Tor Platz. Roomy and comfortable for 2 persons. Makes you want to stay longer. Well equipped kitchen. You will need a mobile phone that connect to local phone provider to receive last minute instructions concerning access code."

"I am still waiting for a refund for a double payment on this stay. No one answers the phone, so there is no one to speak to or anyone to assist you. If you do not have data on your phone because you are travelling from another country, it will be problem to get the entry key code to get into the place. The place is fine, but still no one has responded about my double payment and refund for 1 of the payments. So my rating is based off of poor customer service. "

"This is an entire apartment. I wish we could stay for more days. Bed was very comfortable for us. It actually has a bath and 1/2 complete with towel warmer which was so nice on these cold days. I would definitely return. "
