"Property is in a great location. Walking distance to nearly everything fun and food related. Tons of space for a family to move around and still have their own personal space. Pool is large and is covered so kids were able to swim even when it was raining. The staff were incredibly kind and hospitable. Grab was convenient to get as well from the hotel. I wouldn’t mind staying here again."

"Highly Recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had a wonderful stay at this property! The room was very spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the staff was friendly, accommodating, and helpful throughout our stay. The rooftop pool was a highlight, especially with the beautiful Petronas Twin Towers in the background. It was such a nice place to relax and enjoy the Kuala Lumpur skyline. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely recommend this hotel. We would happily stay here again! ❤️"

"Assuming our room was representative.of others then this property is in need of a deep clean and some renovations and other updates. The bathrooms have mold, broken fixtures, etc. Around the apartment, the walls have spots and dirt on them and the mouldings and door frames are peeling off in some spots. The kitchen cupboard are all sticky and gross. I honestly don't know how the place is rated at 4 stars. To me this place is akin to a roadside motel. I've stayed at 2 star hotels in North America...

"No communication from host for access so when we got there late at night we had no way to get in. Luckily a friendly security guy helped get in contact and got access instructions for us. One thin towel each for 3 nights. No face cloth or tea towels for dishes. Place was roomy and clean though and pretty handy location. Good views from 31st floor. Note that the pictures you see when you book probably won't be the room you book, it is random similar apartments"

"We really enjoyed our stay at The PARKROYAL Suites , the room had all we needed for a comfortable stay, with some nice extras , the only complaint we had was we stayed 3 nights and on 2 nights we were disturbed by a broken A/C which leaked badly lots of water down on our cooked food , and then had on both nights service engineers in our room for like 30 minutes with cleaning service to follow , But at checkout we never received no thanks , not a word about this disturbance and then we got hit...

"Excellent place to stay in KL: great view, superb amenities, central location, etc. We stayed at floor 109 and had excellent view of the city from the bedroom and bathroom. Got upgraded to corner king room which was very very spacious, with separate foyer, bathroom area, storage area had ironing board, safety box, dyson hair dryer. Enough space on the living room to do work from the desk, and do yoga while facing the sky high view of the city. Felt unreal when you first stepped into the room. Bathroom has super gorgeous and spacious bath tub with modern blind, lamp, water fountain etc, all facing the gigantic window. Park lounge has excellent breakfast. Service was great. Definitely a recommend, especially after the mall and MRT will be open next year"
