"All was well with my husband’s stay at this hotel! He really liked it & plans to return. However, one hiccup. He was unable to check in on the first night. He was too late. He still paid for that night despite not staying in the hotel & did not get the money back or given the option to use another night. I don’t feel this is fair business & my husband is too kind to argue this with the staff at the front desk. Anyway, we will add this hotel to our list of ones to revisit. My husband is from...
