"The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was clean and modern. The room was dark and lacked small additions ie a mirror in the room. The mirror in the bathroom misted up and was unable to dry my hair in it. The check in process was not easy. The keycards were unable to register, but we were emailed a link to open the doors digitally. The air conditioning was complicated to use with no guides to help. "We had a pleasant two nights stay at this hotel. The bedroom is nice and the bed is very comfortable. The hotel location is two stations outside the center of Amsterdam. The staff so kind and very helpfull. Cons : When we wanted very early morning to check out, the elevator and lift near hotel wasn't working, so we had to walk around a bit far to the station because we were carrying two large suitcases and we couldn't use the stairs.
