"I have been staying here every few weeks and they stay is great however some of the staff does not pay attention to details. When I pay and request for a late check out it is never put in the computer etc and is quite annoying since I work nights.
The hotel is awesome!."

"When I checked in, I gave the desk clerk my Choice Rewards number, and was told that because I had booked the trip using Expedia, I wouldn’t be getting any points for my stay. Really? What good is a loyalty program if you don’t get rewarded for brand loyalty?
Next, housekeeping showed up early, before my wife and I were ready, so we asked them to come back later. We also asked the desk clerk to make sure our room was made up. We were assured it would be. Never happened. No...
