"Room was very spacious and clean in an historic building. Very high ceilings. It had full functioning kitchen with nice appliances and all necessary equipment. The bedroom is separate from the living space and can be closed off. Bathroom was large, modern and clean with a full washer and dryer which worked very well. Laundry soap was replenished every day.It was the sort of place one could be very comfortable in for an extended stay. I didn't have time to use the gym & pool but they both looked pretty nice. The only downside for me was the noise from "Irish Murphy's" bar across the street from my bedroom. There was a band on every night, and although the music didn't run too late it was problem if trying to get to sleep early. Another minor issue... the large globe light above my dining table was malfunctioning/flickering, and was not fixed during my stay in spite of me mentioning it at reception."

"Shower very narrow could hardly turn around in it you need to turn the heating up in the corridors , way too cold no extra blankets in room"

"All of the staff were really friendly that I spoke to & they also checked in throughout my stay to see if there was anything else I needed. The hotel is centrally located in the CBD and was easy to get to. Inside the room felt spacious, it was clean & the fridge had room to put things in. The pool area had lots of space to relax & was well maintained. "

"If you would like to be financially scammed, this is the hotel for you. They couldn't handle basic math regarding the damage deposit and put on false restaurant charges as well. It took 4 interactions for them to give back nearly all of the money. Stay anywhere else, this place isn't worth the headache."

"The breakfast was fantastic! We had a room with a private bathroom and with AC. It was a beautiful room. The market was right outside. The park across the street was a real treat! We saw lots of big bats at the park. We arrived very early, having not slept on the plane from the USA. Our room was ready quickly and we went and slept. There were places to eat nearby. A great hotel!"
