"The hotel is nice due to central located. However, beyond the hotel control, the neighboring buildings are abandoned and full of graffiti, so no real view of anything from the balcony. The room size was great, didn’t utilize the bar/restaurant. The downfall was the cleanliness in the bathroom and lack of water pressure in the shower. Not sure what the rules are on using bleach to clean, but the shower stall def needs it. Not sure if it was a water pressure issue or actual shower head...

"It’s a beautiful hotel, but not meant for the casual traveler. There were no amenities that were helpful to us such as breakfast bar or coffee in the morning. It felt like we were not exactly wanted there, but yet they weee open for reservations to anyone on Expedia. If you are opening your fires yo people who are not club members, it would be good to seem more welcoming. And I had a cold shower one morning."

"The system to check in was down and we waited 4 hours to be able to get into our rooms. It wasn’t the staff’s fault but when asked how we would be compensated they simply said “that’s on Hilton” lol no apologies. Nothing. Asked about the laundry room, they said we’d need quarters and we could get them from the front desk when we needed it. Went downstairs to exchange dollar bills to said quarters and was rudely told they didn’t have them and couldn’t help us lol. Breakfast and housecleaning...
