"The FIDI definitely grew on us over the course of our five days we spent there in August. At first we were a little surprised with the overall size of the room (small), but it was sufficient for our needs and the other amenities and location easily made up for it. "It was fun staying on the 37th floor. We had a great view. Also loved that we were steps from Times Square. The room was very tiny, but we didn't care and thought it was funny. Our granddaughter loved her bunk! "

"The staff, especially Winzell were super helpful. She helped my & my kids with my room and switching my room when I needed an upgrade. She helped me get checked in early too. My room was very nice & super clean. The water pressure in our bathrooms was fantastic! The bathrooms were very, very nice-spacious.
