"The hotel was clean and the staff were very friendly. We came on Labor Day weekend and it was crowded. The elevator had broken down and was out of service. The managers on both shifts were apologetic because of the inconvenience. The children's parents should strive to be more hands on with their kids, no fault of the hotel. Everything else was great."

"Needed a hotel in Indy and saw this one. Loved the decor and rooms were awesome with a fair price. Lots of dining options in the area but decided to try Provisions in the hotel and was not disappointed. We had great dining experience with exceptional food and staff. Will be going back."

"I made this trip as I was going down towards Indianapolis for the Bruno Mars concert on Wednesday and I was not disappointed at all ! The staff were accommodating, helpful, and all of the amenities were incredible, the breakfast was great. The pool was great. The hotel room was stunning. I highly recommend this hotel as I have been to the one in Nashville, Tennessee before and now I got to go to this one in Carmel, Indiana and I was highly impressed and I will continue going to hotels from this brand as they have always really impressed me and are extremely high-quality"

"From the moment you walk into Bottleworks Hotel, it’s just amazing. The smell, the decor, the atmosphere — everything immediately feels upscale and welcoming. The customer service was great from beginning to end, and the staff was attentive anytime we needed something. What really surprised me was walking from the lobby into the actual hotel. It’s even nicer than you expect! The decor throughout the hotel is beautiful, everything smells amazing, and our room was extremely clean and comfortable. Guest services was also quick and responsive. Overall, we had a great experience. You can tell they pay attention to the little details, and it really makes a difference. Definitely a hotel I would stay at again and recommend to anyone looking for a nice stay in Indianapolis."

"Breakfast was real nice. Room was amazing. Only problem we had was getting the QR code to scan to get out of the parking garage. Luckily it parking valet came and was able to get me out. That was quite frustrating!"
