"The room was clean, spacious, and odorless. However, upon entering, it was noticeable that there seemed to be some confusion among the staff regarding how guests should be welcomed. The suite was very spacious, as was the restroom. However, the flush was extremely hard to press and required considerable force to operate. Unfortunately, the Wi-Fi did not work at all throughout our entire stay. In addition, the suite did not have an iron or ironing board, which was inconvenient. Overall, while the room itself was clean and spacious, the lack of Wi-Fi and basic amenities, along with the issues mentioned above, affected our overall experience."

"Hotel is well maintained and rooms were clean. Time taken for Check-In and Check-Out procedure was more than usual, may be - because of new staff - new system in place. Pointed out a shower head issue to the maintenance team. Restaurant serving time was long and requires improving the speed of service. However, Food was tasting good. In general, this hotel is good to stay and recommend as well."

"My in-laws had a wonderful stay at Sands Point. They really appreciated the staff for being so warm and helpful throughout their stay at the property. The breakfast made a fantastic start to their day to explore the city.The tea cakes/dessert were really delicious.Thank you for making their trip so relaxing and comforting."

"We recently had a weekend getaway with family including young child, it was perfect. Resort had alll amenities for a relaxing getaway. Complimentary buffet breakfast had wide variety which was delicious. Everything we ate from the two resort restaurants was delicious. The pool is on the smaller side but clean with lifeguard available. The beach view is the highlight. There were private weddings and event happening on the beach side which kept environment lively. Private beach access basically had the whole beach to ourselves, though take caution in the waters as the sea is pretty rough. Spa and gym available. Kids Activities, bicycling and pedal boating available at extra cost. MGM size world theme park was right next to the building is an optional activity for children. Buggy ride available on request. All service staff were polite and helpful"
