Hotel La Quinta Inn & Suites di East Colfax

"The room looked great on arrival. Unfortunately, we discovered the shower surround was visibly dirty and there was hair in the bathtub. The next day we also found trash from the previous customers between one of the beds and a nightstand. This would have been a 5 star rating if not for those issues. The staff was professional, friendly, and accommodating. We were too tired to raise the issue about the bathroom."

"Day bed/sofa is horrible, totally unfit for sleep"

"The only good thing I have to say was that parking was the only good part of this hotel. The staff were non emotional and all looked unhappy. Never once was there a smile on anyone’s face. If you asked a question, it was answered as short as possible. The room was terrible. The extra door lock was broken and barely hanging on. The bathroom door didn’t close. There was only 1 usable outlet, and it was dangling. The sink had a huge crack in it. I kept socks on because I didn’t want to put my feet...

"We reserved a room then they said we had to pay 10 dollars to park there. It’s a paper sign on the door saying you will be towed"

"Room was absolutely disgusting. It not only smelled like pet urine it also had 2 different spots where pet poop was leftover. Being the room clearly was not vacuumed. We didn’t even trust sleeping in the beds."
