"The pool was closed when we were there and despite arriving at 2:00pm, waiting until 6:00 to check in (actual check in time was 4:00 but there was a long line so we waited), at 6:30pm our room still was not ready."

"This place was amazing compared to the hotel we stayed at previously. We needed to stay an extra day because of our flights. I wish we would have just stayed here the entire weekend. Staff amazing, being able to do laundry after a flash flood at Lost Lands was amazing. And waking up to grab breakfast and coffee in the morning before a long flight was the cherry on top. The room was clean and organized and comfortable. Everything you could have needed was there."
