"There were other guests fighting, banging on doors, screaming, threatening 2 doors down at 1 a.m. Quieted down after a while. But started up a short time later. I worried gunshots would ring out and that we were in danger. Called the front desk, was told they'd try to quiet them down. That was the end of our sleep for the night. Checked out at daylight. Was offered no apology or discount at check out. Will select a different hotel next time we stay!"
"It’s was terrible I never got to check in I came off the road at 12 am and tried to check in but no one was at the front desk I called several times and waited almost a hour and I left and to buy another hotel and I couldn’t cancel my trip"
"The staff were kind and helpful. The hotel was very quiet and did not have many guests. Internet worked great for my needs for the weekend which involved some decent amount of laptop work. The room was bright and updated. Linens were clean. Bed was comfortable. The only disappointing issue for cleanliness was that the floors in the room needed to be mopped. My feet came up dark, dirty black after walking around for a while. I just grabbed some towels and did the job myself in a few minutes, but it was a very big oversight. Also, breakfast was decent though the eggs and bacon appeared reheated. Otherwise a solid hotel."
"Clean room comfortable bed. Very good breakfast . The only thing I can complain about is the soap and shampoo that is provided did not like it at all."
"Check in and out was easy and employees were very nice to work with. The room was nice and clean. The breakfast had many options. The gym was nice also. My only complaint would be the pool wasn't open. Online it states the pool would be open in April, however we found out the pool wasn't going to be opening until the middle of May. Overall we still had a nice stay and would stay again. "
