"I was quite surprised by how clean, and well maintained they keep the rooms and facilities. Not a lot of flair, but clean and comfortable. Better condition than some 5 star rated hotels I’ve stayed in. It’s clear the management here cares and is doing a great job. The evening food and drinks, really is inviting, and a value you don’t often find."

"I had booked our room through Expedia about 2 months before travel. I booked a queen suite with sofa bed and when we got to the property they said they only had a king suite with sofa bed. The receptionist said it was Expedia's fault because they don't check what rooms the hotel has available. Not sure if that is true or not. Made for a very tight stay for our family of 6 for 5 nights. There was a bunch of hair on the pool deck for 2 days before being cleaned up. Breakfast staff was grouchy and...

"I’ve stayed at this property several times and have generally had positive experiences. My most recent stay, however, was disappointing because of the customer service I received from the nighttime front desk attendant.When I arrived, my room door was ajar, and the bed looked as though someone had already been used. I reported my concerns to the front desk, and the attendant explained that housekeeping had forgotten to close the door. I requested a different room. She told me she couldn’t assist...

"Clean, spacious rooms. Great breakfast. My only quibble is that I’ve visited this hotel twice, six years apart, and on each visit they had huge industrial fans set up in the lobby to dry out a flood. The noise made it difficult to carry out a conversation at the reception desk and it did carry through to the breakfast area too."

"Great stay! Clean and good location. The only thing I thought was weird is that you have to pay $4 for parking, even if staying at the hotel. Not a big deal but worth noting."
