"Keeping in mind the caliber of this hotel, I was not expecting 4–5-star qualities in every aspect. I've worked in the hotel industry for 25 years, and I was impressed with the hotel’s beautiful renovations, cleanliness, and the friendly, helpful staff. Overall, our room (403) was clean and spacious; however, I was very disappointed with the condition of the bathroom. "Nicest front staff who always were willing to help guests and go the extra mile. The breakfast included freshly made items, although I missed the bacon. The room was nice, with good running a/c and refrig. Would suggest replacing the dankly smelling carpet and padding. Otherwise, a solid 4 of 5!"

"The hotel was fine, the room was fine, the breakfast was fine. What was not fine was the parking. We were pulling our ATV on a flatbed trailer, and even though the parking lot was large, we were not allowed to park there. We had to park across the street behind another hotel. We've been to dozens of hotels in our travels, and never had to park off-site..no lights, no security, no cameras. I just thought they could do better to accommodate a couple of geezers."
