"When we arrived we were disappointed in the condition of the room, (Old stained carpet, sofa was torn and beaten up looking) but we needed a ground floor unit so we just accepted it as they said they were sold out for the weekend ( NAU Parent weekend and Soccer Tournaments). The bedding and towels were clean and adequate, there was complementary coffee supplied in the room, kitchen was clean, so we decided to not make such a big deal. I noticed a $5 per day parking fee, which wasn't mentioned anywhere before booking. I know it's not much, but if they are charging this fee they should mention it somewhere before you arrive. So I happened to see the "new" Manager, Edie and I talked to her about the parking fee and room condition. She explained she had been brought in to help get this hotel up to a better level. She said the rooms were being redone and they were still waiting on some furniture that was back ordered. She was also working on the exterior condition of overgrowth plants, etc. We saw a landscaper working and she was personally walking around inspecting the grounds. Which says a lot. She was able to help me with my issues, and I feel under her guidance this property will be much improved shortly. Kudos to her and front desk gal Larrissa."

"We always stay at Little America when visiting Flagstaff. The staff is on it & very helpful. The rooms are large, very clean & has very comfortable beds."
