"Very clean. Easy to find. Excellent communication. Everything that you might need was supplied. Parking was great. We had a bit of an issue with the level of noise from the nearby road - concrete with gaps that meant the whole building trembled a little when lorries passed by. Maybe we were unused to road noise, but we had to take the mattresses into the hallway to sleep the 2nd and 3rd night of our 3-night visit. "Despite reaching out to hotels.com numerous times in the week leading up to our stay to tell them that the host is non responsive and none of their contact info connects, hotels.com continued to assure me all would be fine. It was not. I even asked hotels.com to book us an equivalent accomodation but they did not. We were offered our money back but the three os stranded seniors were too unimportant for the company to care about and take care of. Despicable, appalling and uncaring!"
