The carpet under the sofa should be replaced cheap quality is not even or laying to the floor hazardous, door in full bath is damaged and needs to be replaced…"

"The host communicated wonderfully from the time I booked until I checked out. The property was perfect for our needs and located in a beautiful part of town. The interior was spacious, and the patio was especially lovely—unfortunately, it was too cold for us to fully enjoy it. The home was very clean and well equipped with thoughtful extras that made our stay even more enjoyable. I would definitely stay here again."

"My family and I enjoyed our stay at this place. the building is modern and the apartment as well. it has been one of the best equipped apartments I have ever stayed. much appreciated! the building is close by shops, restaurants and bars. grocery stores are nearby for quick shopping. a larger one is about 10 min walking north (Jubilee). "I requested early check in more than two weeks in advance and was only notified the morning of my flight into NYC that my request would not be accommodated and that I wouldn't receive an email with my check in information until 4 pm, which I ended up never receiving at all and I had to call to get checked in, in the end I didn't get checked into my room until after 6PM. No bath tubs but two showers.
