"Staff and services were great as expected in a five star hotel. I was quickly upgraded to a better room after some system issues, appreciated. "

"Nice hotel right next to the beach. Room was upgraded on our arrival. Food options are limited otherwise rest is good."

"The room was great, lots of space, it was clean and well equiped. The bathroom also had everything a traveller could.posisbly need. It was also very easy to find and the reception staff were always eager to help. The breakfast was also good, in taste and variety. The only downside was the staff in the restaurant. I waited long periods and noone wanted to approach me, however I watched them talking to and serving indian customers very quickly. It made me feel very uncomfortable, as it felt like they clearly had double standards for me as a foreigner."
