"Been to many hotels, some cheaper than this one. Yet, this hotel manages to not do the basic things and yet wants to have good business….
Need to hire new cleaners or have cleaners if you dont… its very noticeable which one didnt get washed and because it looked “ok” you didnt wash them. How do I know??? Debris and pubic hair inside the folded towel… also, if there are stains on sheets, please change them…
Lastly, mattresses are so worn out springs are almost non-existent.. could not sleep on...

"Our room smelled like urine. We didn’t really start smelling it until the middle of the night. I believe someone has either pee’d in the carpet or had a dog in the room that may have peed and didn’t clean it.
We also didn’t have washcloths to bathe with. Only 2 washcloths and towels for 4 people in our room and when we asked for more there weren’t any, causing us to spend even more money to go buy some just so we could shower. Highly disappointed. This reservation should not have cost $140 for...
