Dear Shahid Ali, Parking is valued at a premium, and fees are required to upkeep the parking areas. Charges are typically kept separate from the room fees, as only some people who stay at the hotel have a car. Daily housekeeping is now available by request. Our guests can contact the front desk to request a room cleaning, trash pick-up, or just a few extra towels. I apologize that this was not communicated to you upon your arrival. This is very nice hotel if you are visiting MSU.
Convenient and very clean. Parking is easy too.

We loved our stay! Everything was clean, breakfast options were good, and staff were helpful. We also loved the amenities, especially the gym.

Only have two handicap parking spots shared with the AC hotel.
Road construction on Michigan Ave and US127 made it extremely difficult to get around.
Hotel is brand new so the amenities met the expectations except the water pressure.

Great staff. There was an issue with our room when we arrive and the front desk staff was very help to ensuring we still had a pleasant stay.

Really enjoyed the stay here, the room felt like a little home away from home with the kitchen set up and area to work separate from an area to lounge.

Wonderful stay, very clean and modern feel. Very close to MSU which was a plus since our daughter was doing a college tour. Restaurant connected was amazing, Toscana. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
