"I arrived with a $200. gift certificate. I was unable to use on booking or arriving. Nobody seems to know what or how to use this item. Very disturbing. The front desk staff was helpful. The facility was clean but we did not know you had to request a cleaning. Trash was full, bed unmade. Asked night staff for extra towels and pillows without success. Not sure why the facility does not have a sign out front?"

"I popped in for a quick 2 night stay. I was greeted by Michael he was fabulous, very nice, and welcoming. The area of the hotel is a little odd but when you walk in it’s very nicely decorated, it gives higher end boutique. They have snacks and adult drinks for purchase as well as a nice coffee machine and cookies. The room was not as clean as I would have liked. Not terrible but it needed a vacuum and mirror cleaning. I was too tired to complain about it. However overall I would give the property and stay a 8/10. Oh and I have to say how honest the workers are. My daughter left something in the room, we didn’t notice until almost a week later. The cleaners returned it to lost and found. Very admirable. So I’ll definitely stay again when I’m in the area."
