The Green Granite North Conway, an Ascend Collection Hotel

"The amenities were great to have. The parking lot is spacious enough, and fills up quick. The playground was nicer to have but it could use some updates. The indoor pool was fun to use and the hot tub was nice but they are difficult to get to from most of the rooms. I appreciated the coffee and breakfast availability. Our room was tidy but there weren't enough towels. Could do with some updates. The safe was dead. The fridge took some time to get cold. The hair blow dryer was pretty damaged and old. The area the hotel is at is a great spot though."

"Loved that this property was set off the road. It had lots of acreage to roam around. The view of the mountains was a bonus. The staff were cheerful and helpful. You can see that the property was once a sought out destination decades ago, however it is now truly needing upgrades. However, the old character should not be replaced."

"Comfortable. Liked that we had a sitting area with couch and coffee table. Loved the fun bears and moose they had in the lobby and on the first floor. Nice robes provided too. Would stay here again."

"We stayed here for our 2yr anniversary. We were in a king room with a whirlpool tub. The room was very clean and the whirlpool tub was amazing. The best part was the extremely comfortable king bed. I’m a travel nurse and traveled here from Maine and my husband traveled from Vermont and we arrived at 1:30ish and they were happy to check us in immediately upon arrival. Loved the fact that they had several menus from local restaurants available to look over in their lobby which made choosing a place to eat simple. We will definitely be staying here again."

"Only downsides were noisy hvac unit and slow draining sink. Overall one of the best experiences we’ve had in this class of hotel. Staff extra friendly, decent variety of breakfast food, easy check in, nice central location on south side of North Conway so we were not far from Conway. A board with restaurant recommendations by type of food was helpful. Two we picked were spot on."
