"Cottages are fantastic..Ac works great..very clean. Pool was nice..walk 1000ft to the Vinyard for brunch, lunch, dinner and drinks..very convenient if you just want to unwind for a couple of days."

"Great downtown location- walking distance to Amtrak, State Capitol, shopping, car rental. The property is well maintained and staff are really friendly. The reason I took off 1 star is because of the noise from the elevator. We were a couple rooms away from the elevator shaft, but it was super loud in the room. We got a room fan from Housekeeping and kept it on all night- that helped."

"No complaints . The room was clean , the bed was comfortable. Probably the coldest refrigerator I have ever had on a trip ! Plenty of food options in the surrounding area . Would definitely book again... Enjoyed the shower as well"

"Everything about room was nice. I had an accessible room. Only thing I found was that one of the beds was very low to the floor. But I supposed that was for handicapped people in a wheelchair. All in all was a very pleasant hotel stay & if up in that area again, I would stay at Ballys again."
