"A very stark, tired hotel, but rooms were clean. Hotel right next to bus station… in a depressed part of town. Yet, it was walkable to downtown. Breakfast fare was a normal free hotel breakfast with items kept fresh. Last night was so very strange. The elevators were down and our room was on the third floor. We were told the 2nd floor was booked yet there were very few cars. When we walked down to do laundry on the 2nd floor, there were 14+ room doors partially open but the rooms were not...

"My stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing. The entire hotel smelled heavily of cigarette smoke, including the hallways and common areas. The room was dirty when I arrived, and the air conditioner did not work during my stay, despite me reporting the issue to the front desk. No one ever came to fix it. The hotel also had serious safety concerns. All of the exterior exit doors were unlocked, allowing anyone to enter the building, even if they were not guests. I saw two people sleeping in...

"Don't waste your money! Stayed for 2 weeks had to beg for housekeeping finally after the third time asking someone showed up just in time for me to check out couple days later. No clean towels or washcloths available at front desk either. Very run down. Not kept inside or out! Rude front desk. Rooms were dirty and falling apart. The health inspector should be called on this place."

"The hotel is clean and housekeeping amazing. Spotless room and they deserve props! Upon check in I was handed a key and no further information on the property. It wasn’t bad service, it was basic like I was expected to already know where the elevator was or where I should park. If that makes sense. I’m just used to other hotels telling me basic info like that upon check in. There was a little piece of paper with your key that tells you the breakfast time and amenity hours. Not a big deal....
