"The staff were very friendly and helpful. They gave us some tips and good spots to see while we were visiting Sydney for the first time. They kept our luggage for the day after check out while we killed time before our evening flight. The hotel could be better maintained. The caulk in our bathroom could do with replacing and the carpet in our room had some stains. I did take note that it looked like they were replacing the carpet in some of the rooms on the main floor, maybe our room was just one of the older ones. We used the ceramic mugs in the room for some tea and they were not taken to be washed nor were they replaced with clean ones unfortunately. Due to the location of the hotel it was a bit loud at night and in the morning, there’s not much sound proofing. However, overall it was a good stay. We enjoyed time and appreciated the courteous staff."
