Overall it is OK. But the lady at the desk this morning was not friendly and very bad additued. I ask for a receipt and she was like why do you want it…. Been here many times but I think they need to improve the reception.

Very nice place to stay as it was last minute. When we checked in we were told the pool is kept at 85 degrees but when we tried to use it we barely could put our feet in it was so cold. The nice lady behind the counter immediately went and adjusted the temp on the pool when I said something to her. The next morning the pool was warmer but the room itself was freezing. Other then that the hotel is very nice and we most likely will come back again.

I specifically chose a bayside room for scenery and quiet. Somehow the reservation was changed to city side. Totally unacceptable but the resort would not change it. I put this on Expedia.
