"We wanted a place between Keystone and Breckenridge for our last ski trip of the season. This is our second time staying here, and the location is perfect to access both slopes if you have a car (they have a shuttle to Breckenridge). Our young children stayed entertained in the splash pad, comfortably heated pool, water slide, and hot tubs after skiing (with an amazing view of the mountains) and the room was comfortable for everything we needed to make breakfast, cook dinner, and enjoy family...

"The cleaning was poor; furthermore, the room lacked soap and fresh bedsheets. The housekeeper would enter the room and make the beds, but she did not change the sheets—she only replaced the bath mat on the floor. She failed to provide us with soap (which we were out of), and the room was not vacuumed—not even the floors or the carpets."
