"Not up to scratch for a 4* hotel. Arrived early, checked in and confirmed a twin room. Returned later and had to check again. Key cards provided didn't work so had to return to reception from 10th floor. The room provided was a double. First reception said it was a twin, then that it was previously a twin and was now a double, then that we hadn't asked for a twin.
