"Great location. Clean rooms, quiet and comfortable"

"It’s a nice hotel and the staff were friendly. Valet parking was friendly and went smoothly. I think the hotel would benefit from some sort of gift shop that has necessities people might need who are traveling. The room was clean and nice with plenty of outlets. I did have some minor issues regarding amenities within the room though. The weekend we were there, SummerSlam was on. That’s a must watch for my sons. I tried to be prepared and brought my firestick. Apparently you can’t connect them to...

"- Valet parking costs are excessive - $62/day. - When I arrived at 12:45 PM in the afternoon, was told by representative check-in was at 3 PM and I would have to pay a $50 early check-in fee. Needless to say I declined. My friends arrived at 1:30 PM and checked in just fine with no early check-in fee. Staff training inadequate. - Breakfast food selection very limited and no variety. - Room was clean and housekeeping very good. - Would I stay again? Would try the Omni Hotel next."

"I am really impressed with Hilton Canopy in Boston; I’ve stayed at other hotels with the same “aesthetic” that cost twice as much but yet wasn’t as clean and comfortable. Also, the location is centrally located and the parking garage next door is super convenient. I appreciated the professionalism and friendliness of the staff without the pretense. Highly recommended and will stay here again on my next trip to Boston."

"We were extremely disappointed in the room. It was very small. No fridge, just a "cooler" that did nothing. The mattress was uncomfortable, but the pillows were fine. Tiny closet with a curtain, no door. No window curtain, just shades. The bathroom was tiny. The sink was tiny. No counter, just a narrow shelf on the wall behind the industrial toilet and tiny sink. No place to put much of anything. The public areas were very nice and the staff was friendly, but the room was dreadful. ...
