"When we arrived we thought "what have we gotten ourselves into". The outside is reminiscent of a 40s roadside motel, typical "L" shaped with parking in front of the rooms. There were about 5 cars in the parking lot. The office was locked with a sign on the door, advising to look in the adjacent mail drop for our keys. This didn't look good, but the internet said it got 4+ stars. We found the entrance to our room: an outside door leading down a short hallway to access three rooms. We found...

"The staff is fantastic. Very kind and accommodating. The first room I stayed in was older. Clean but worn. The second room had been updated and was really nice. I marked down cleanliness because when walking down the halls the carpet has debris on it that is there for days at a time. Otherwise, this is where I stay when I drive through BC."
