Clean, lovely staff and breakfast

Surprisingly comfortable- a much plusher hotel than we expected in a really nice town with lots of good eateries.

Lovely homely hotel , historical features make it a very comfortable place to reside , location excellent for exploring shops with plenty of parking on site

Comfy bed. Clean bathroom.

Spotless room - all brand new. Excellent facilities. Ideal for working. Comfortable bed. Very nice and personable staff. Breakfast so-so - cooked stuff has that precooked appearance and taste. But mostly good oatmeal with nuts and fruits etc, plus yoghurt. Wildwood Grill next door is excellent value if you want a break from cooking!

The area is lovely and this building is full of history but they have managed to fit modern air-conditioning into this 226 year old building.

The hotel was clean and fresh, my son enjoyed the games area. The room was comfortable and the bathroom had a great shower. Breakfast was good and the staff got me vegetarian options when asked.

Its a lovely hotel and but let down by the rules that rooms are only serviced every 4 days in spite of requests Michael in the management team more than made up for it, Room 431 needs new lights and a bathroom that functions better . No mirrors with lights. No where to put tooth brush or soap bar etc in show. No trays at all . It's not thought through,. It has the makings of a good place and Michael was kind and helpful . We also had great help with rescue from the snow as our car was snowed in....

Wonderful setup, adjoining hotel rooms, very well appointed. We really enjoyed it. We would happily return there.

The exterior and stairways were a little "basic". But the room it self was lovely as well as clean. The people at the desk were nice and helpful.

Apart from the bed being alittle too soft for our liking, and only 3 soft pillows for 2 of us,it was a nice experience.Visiting friends nearby,we only stayed the 1 night, but we plan to revisit, and would use this hotel again. Some roadnoise from nearby highway, but we live on a major airport flightpath,so not really disturbing our sleep. All in all good value for money.

This rooms were very clean and spacious and the staff were friendly. Breakfast was good and the parking was very convenient

After a long drive from Cape Cod to Springfield, we were so glad to find Naomi's Inn and it's owner, Marci. She made us feel very welcome and went out of her way to answer our questions and provide advice on the area etc. She has created a beautiful B&B, with every room decorated to a very high standard. We had a large room at the back with its own balcony. It was light and airy and the bed huge and comfortable. We had a great night's sleep! Peaceful location with lots of birdsong in the evening...
