"Newly renovated rooms are excellent, old ones are okay. I upgraded to new room after a day and really enjoyed the stay. I love the location because it is closer to airport, and in the center to west, east or south loops. I would highly recommend anyone to upgrade to the new rooms."

"THE BREAKFAST WAS BETTER THAN EXPECTED! NICE PLACE, FORGOT TO TELL US TO USE OUR ROOM KEY FOR THE ELEVATOR. CAUSED A BIT OF CONFUSION AT FIRST. BATHROOM SINK DIDN'T DRAIN VERY WELL, FIXED IMMEDIATELY! VERY NICE PART OF TOWN, WALKING DISTANCE TO MANY RESTAURANTS AND ARENA. OVERALL I WOULD DEFINITELY STAY HERE AGAIN!"

"Very nice clean hotel. They were doing construction during our stay but we hardly notice. Great location if you are attending an event at the Mortgage Matchup Center. It right across the street."

"Staffing all friendly and helpful. Small restaurant but served good food. Also friendly staff there too. Valet was pricey but efficient. No street parking available. Only minor issue is housekeeping cleans rooms every other day. Did not expect that, so For a family of 4, we had to request more bath towels."

"We really like this hotel and the location was perfect. I also got a cute little tattoo in the lobby as they had a pop up tattoo artist at the time we happened to be staying there. We will be back! "

"There is no on-site parking. They had valet parking starting at $41 per day. The valets were friendly & helpful. Breakfast was not included, the breakfast restaurant at the hotel was not highly rated, so we didn't eat there. Maid service was suggested to request a day prior although you could pick things up at the front desk including more coffee pods which were good."

"Enjoyed our two night stay over the weekend. The hotel was clean, comfortable and quiet. The hotel staff were very friendly and kindly helped us with all questions we had. We were able to walk to nearby restaurants and used the metro line to get to the FC soccer game (the metro is free with game ticket purchase there and back). I would recommend this hotel and would stay again if I return to Phoenix."

"I did not use the bar, so no opinion there. I felt a little misled by the free breakfast, instead finding that meant they allot $15 for your purchase at their counter. That being said though, the staff at the counter were great. The food was large portions and very tasty.the art display everywhere was inspiring."

"It started bad, there was wrong information on their website stating check-in ended at midnight, and my flight was delayed with me not arriving until after. Even with me calling multiple times, no one would answer the phone. I eventually just showed up and they allowed me to check in. Parking is $44 a day, and you have to verbally tell them that you're not having a car or they will charge you daily. Which doesn't make sense, because when my girlfriend showed up and parked, she pulled the slip...

"I reserved a king room with a sofa bed because we were 3 people. There was no bedding for the sofa bed and had to go to front desk to get bedding. They did not have any pillows so was not able to get a pillow to sleep on….. just bad service…"
