"Maintenance on the rooms is horrible. The bathtub faucet was heavy dripping and by the next day was a steady stream despite being tightly closed. The sink was clogged resulting in slow drainage. The lamp next to the bed had lost it's turn on/off switch so was useless. The shower tiles grout was blackened. On the positives, the desk staff and breakfast staff were very nice."

"If you don’t book direct with the property and find out what cabin you are staying in, you better call ahead. Showing up after 6pm could leave you wandering trying to negotiate an undocumented process of finding out where you are supposed to stay"

"We actually picked this hotel specifically for the outdoor pool. When we got there early we could not check early on a late Monday morning and we were NOT informed that the pool was empty and not available to use via the website nor when we checked in. Our entire party was very disappointed. Also the A/C unit was unusually loud and the room was very humid the entire time. "

"The price was great for one night. There are lists of spots on the carpet going through the hallways. Refrigerator was not cleaned out from last guest groceries. Electric out at sink in bathroom did not work. I have to be very frugal in my traveling so I am willing to put up with some issues. The mini split to cool the room was great.
