"We were in town for our daughter’s college graduation. We were able to check in early. That was great for my daughter to get ready for the graduation. The staff was so nice and helpful. The room was clean and looked new. We loved it. It was convenient t to the Blue Cross Arena, the venue for the graduation. I am handicap. There was ample parking for us. I would stay here again. I recommend it for the location, cleanliness and the wi derful staff. Thank you. Eugenia."

"First off the lobby smelled amazing. The rooms were spacious, and there was on-site parking. Everyone we encountered was very friendly. There was a gentleman that worked the bar & café area in the evening; He was exceptionally nice and accommodating, one of the best parts of our visit."

"Clean room. Courteous staff. Perfect for a quick stay and close to everything. Road construction outside the parking garage was a nuisance but that was out of the control of the hotel. Definitely would stay again when we're in town."

"The hotel is in the middle of renovations, NO AC, Only 1Elevator works, all this information was given @ check in. It was 85 degrees in the room, they offered no fans or AC units. These types of renovation the hotel should COMPLETELY shut down until they are fully able to run normally. They offered a 5% discount upon checkout which was a joke. Breakfast was half setup, it was just not a great stay whatsoever!!"

"Upon arrival we were directed to a room that reeked of cigarette smoke. Supposedly this is a non-smoking property. We were given another room but it was not a King as we had reserved. The entire property shows very visible signs of wear. We would not expect to return to this location in the future."

"This may be an outlier experience. The room and facilities were good as is obviously the super convenient location next to ROC. However check in was quite slow as the desk had one person on her first day working solo many things went wrong. She was super nice, just having a very difficult time. The worst was when trying to shower at 5:30am prior to an early flight there was zero hot water. Not even luke warm. On checkout I informed the staff guy so others would not be so inconvenienced. "The establishment was very clean, what I liked the most was the hallways were bright. Breakfast was really good. Had options. My room was:clean, smelled clean, very spacious for 4 people. Didn't feel cramped. The outside area has stores, restaurants. One negative. My room the shade was broken. So bright! light day and night. I let front desk know. They were nice and said to give a complaint to headquarters. NO one to fix it. BUT otherwise I would stay again."
