"This is a lovely hotel. It is very clean. The staff is friendly and attentive. There are several restaurants and retail shops nearby. In addition, the lightrail is a couple of blocks away. I hope to stay here again on our next visit to Seattle."

"Rooms were acceptably clean. The shower would not drain so the desk sent a tech over to address the problem which he did and fixed the issue. Everything about the stay was ok. Nothing exceptional, nothing bad. It was the most typical and normal hotel stay possible. 3 stars."

"The hotel is in a great location beautiful, however, for what you pay I feel you should not have to pay for parking but you do. I did eat in the Shed Restaurant but the costumer service when I first got there wasn’t good but the waitress was amazing. Would I stay there again yes I would. The location is great"

"Great location for walking downtown Redmond and surrounding park areas and trails. Lots of international travelers in the building and that alone provides a different level of smell and aroma throughout. Breakfast was nice and very diverse on most mornings, offering a good selection to meet the wide range of traveler tastes. "You could not ask for a nicer quiet B&B and the hosts were amazing. You will be all by yourself as they only host one couple at a time. On Cottage Lake the facility is warm and friendly, and a little dated with the layout. It's private and breakfast is served at whatever time you want, and it's excellent! A very nice getaway that seems away from everything but only half hour-40 minutes or so from Seattle. "

"The hotel was clean and the staff very professional and helpful. Beds were comfortable our only complaint was about the bed pillows. They were just not comfortable. We asked for additional pillows but they weren’t any better. The breakfast was great: convenient, available and tasty. Coffee available 24/7 and freshly baked cookies in the lobby.
