"We expected just a king size bedroom and received a living room. very large bathroom and bedroom with a full kitchen, including a full refrigerator freezer and dishwasher and washer dryer with the soap powder ready to use and 2 TVs. Breakfast included! It was a lovely place easy to get to everything in downtown Newport highly recommend staying here"

"The rooms and lobby were lovely. Our 10 year old loved the large pool, which indoors and heated!! We also enjoyed the sauna. The room had clever features to store clothing, such as extra hooks to hang bathing suits. The additional sink out side of the bathroom made it easy for multiple people to get ready. Breakfast was also better than many meal-included hotels. The only concern was the curb appeal. As we pulled up, we were very skeptical. The two level motel-style property had balconies or patios in every room facing the parking lot. Guests had small grills and clothing draped over the railings. We also were concerned as the bottom floor had direct access to the outdoors. Overall, the rooms and amenities were great. Safety and exterior appearance could be improved. "

"There was hair in the bathroom, everything was outdated and smelled terrible. Pool had cracked cement above it that was dripping sewage leaking from toilet into pool. Absolutely disgusting."

"We had a quick overnight in Narragansett for a URI event for our son. The room was clean and had everything we needed. The location of the Shore House is right on the water so we could enjoy listening to the ocean. The only negative was the bed wasn't as comfortable as I hoped. "

"Parking is Valet only but east. Close to everything, shops, restaurants, rooms are small but plenty of storage and very clean, staff were very helpful and friendly. Would stay again. "
