"Great service on checkin, very informative and friendly. Nice cozy overall. Bed was comfy and property was well kept overall. Carpeting in room could definitely use replacing. Definitely recommend. Great location but parking was slightly challenging. "

"I just stayed two nights at BI&S for the first time and found it very nice for many reasons: It's easy access from Hwy 53, I checked in around 9pm and process was quick and pleasant, clean room and bed, quiet, convenient and well lit - safe parking, located next to a Kwik Trip and the Casa Margarita #3 restaurant. I plan to return to BI&S in the future."

"The young man who checked me in was very helpful and very nice. He walked me to our room to show me which outside door to use and how to use it. It is an older property but they have done some remodeling. The bed was comfortable and the place was quiet. We had a pleasant experience. Would definitely stay there again."
