"I loved the lobby and dining area, but the bathroom need to be bigger. When open the bathroom door no one can be sitting on the toilet because it is so close to the toilet."

"We were so impressed with this hotel. It was very clean. The staff was wonderful! The young man who drove the shuttle to the airport was extremely helpful. The property was well manicured. And, the coffee was some of the best I’ve ever had! Just overall a fantastic experience!!"

"When booking my room the option for breakfast was never offer, yet when we stepped foot near the dining area we were demanded to show our breakfast card, like I said we were unaware so it would be an additional $20 per guest to have breakfast daily! Only 2 towels left in room yet 4 guest, each day we had to ask for towel, and 2 times there were no towels, they gave my wife a stack of hand towels. Tv went out in room, maintenance came to look at it. 7 hours later still no tv when asked about it they said it would be a couple more hours. Next day woke up to still no tv and front desk said it would a few more hours. Very strange that they blame tv provider yet lobby had tv and several of the rooms on our floor did as well! All these concerns were brought to the front desk but no help was given!! Very disappointing stay"
