"The TV didn't work, the toilet was broke, the AC sounded like it was on its last leg,the shower and bathroom vanity were very small. The breakfast was not good, the sausage was cold, I couldn't find milk for cereal and the toppings for oatmeal were raisins and chocolate chips. The breakfast was poor compared to other places we have stayed, definitely not worth the money."

"Came here after a nightmare with a different hotel and it was a breath of fresh air. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was spacious and clean, the pool was fun and the breakfast was amazing (and free!)"

"The room was infested with huge spiders. The sheets were dirty. Bathrooms are super tiny.! We had a bad vacation. The staff laughed when I requested a one night refund due to the spiders."

Was compensated for the room also given a room to sleep across the hall in for the rest of the night fell asleep around 4:30 I had my glasses on my face cuz I was looking for bugs all night and my glasses are all mangled my husband got bit eight times on his back and side we got no sleep. "It is a business place with a pretty great atmosphere! I loved the hot breakfast options. The pool was heated and indoors. I think they use salt water instead of chlorine and I enjoyed that. I stayed in a king suite with my friend the night before going to Cedar Point. It's a great location for that. We were fully rested after making the trek from Illinois. My room was quiet. "We checked in at 9:00 pm and checked out at 10:00 pm. Ended up just booking another hotel in Sandusky for that night. The images and guest ratings don’t line up with the hotel. They have invested in the pool and firepit area as those looked fairly new and well kept. The hallway carpets are stained, the hallways smell musty. The room itself was all tile, the hardware is all rusted and needs updated. We found bugs in the shower and the bottom of the bathtub was brown and looked like it needed a...
