"Overall our stay was comfortable. Hoever, many things are outdated in the rooms and the cleaning job was atrocious! Hair in the bed and on the pillows, greasy hand and head prints on the headboard, lightbulbs burned out, loose table legs, shower curtain ripped, toilet filthy, bedding looked slept in and unchanged, fridge freezer not defrosted and generally just unsatisfactory cleaning done in the room. More thorough inspections should be done after cleaning the room to ensure customer satisfaction as it appears staff are untrained, lazy and/or cut corners....unacceptable in this industry!!"

"We had the Deluxe king room. It was very spacious, that was the best part. It was big. The jacuzzi tub faucets didn’t work, took over half hour to fill tub 1-4 way … and after that length of time we had to shut it off because there was no more hot water .. the shower head faucet didn’t wok either . It was a weekend, it was understandably busy. Unfortunately even though we requested a quiet room at the back of the second floor .. it was still very loud. Woke up all hours of the night to doors slamming shut. The breakfast was unexciting, and I found several hairs in my food. You get what you pay for I guess. The room was very big, the bed was comfortable, I liked the laminate floors for cleanliness , rather than old carpet. Wasn’t the worst place I’ve stayed, but definitely room for improvement."
